Commercial Banking

Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)
Encompassing vital channels and functions such as Retail Distribution, Internet Banking, Product Management and Strategic Business Analysis and Development, HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management provides a wide range of targeted, high-quality personal banking services to the Australian consumer banking sector. Building on our market leading success, the division drives for continuous improvement in every business area, working to grow and diversify revenue streams and exceed the changing and challenging needs and expectations of our customers every day.
HSBC Technology and Services (HTS)
HSBC Technology and Services seamlessly integrates technology platforms, operations, infrastructure and procurement strategy with the aim of redefining customer experience and driving down unit cost of production. The division fulfils HSBC's product and service proposition by providing receptive and prompt customer service and technology solutions that combine domain expertise, process skills and technology to deliver significant business value. Our HTS business includes Service Delivery, Change Delivery, Software Delivery and IT Operations, Procurement and Corporate Real Estate.
Risk
Global Risk is a thriving and expert risk management function supporting HSBC globally with all aspects of risk management. The team actively manages a varied and dynamic range of risk types, including: security, fraud, information security, operational, credit, pension, insurance, compliance, regulatory, market reputation and geopolitical risks. All parts of the Global Risk team use their skills, insight and integrity to handle established threats and those they see emerging, acting to protect and enable HSBC to delivery sustainable growth.
From the outset of the programme, you will be part of one of the worlds largest banks, developing professional networks and accessing resources within both established and emerging markets around the world. Within each programme stream you will complete four rotations over 24 months and participate in business aligned technical training.
The programme offers a range of support opportunities to complement the experiences gained during your rotations. These include a comprehensive suite of mentoring, guidance and performance management initiatives, and regular networking opportunities that will help you to begin building a vital network of domestic, regional and global business contacts.
