Terms & Conditions
The Get Rate feature is only available with Personal Internet Banking, Business Internet Banking or Mobile Internet Banking services (please refer to the relevant PDSs). 24 hour access is available between Monday 8.00 AM - Friday 11.59 PM (except for public & US holidays), for transfers between linked Personal and Business HSBC Australia accounts and selected currencies.
* Chinese Renminbi is only available for eligible Personal Foreign and Multi Currency Accounts. Transaction restrictions apply, please refer to the Personal Savings and Deposit Accounts Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement.

# For Telegraphic Transfers, Get Rate is only available during specified periods of the day and is not available outside of those periods (please click here for details), including weekends, and during Australian and US public holidays.
When Get Rate is not available, standard board rates will apply.
Future-dated transactions can not use the Get Rate feature and the standard board rates will apply to such transactions on the future date.
There is no cost for the Get Rate service, however the normal fees and charges in relation to the Internet Banking service and the International Money Transfers continue to apply - your guide, and HSBC Business Fees and Charges for further details.
