Close your account with your old financial institution and transfer the funds to your new HSBC account(s)

To transfer regular payments and direct debits to your new HSBC account, simply provide us with your old account details as well as a list of all regular payments to & from the old account. Simply download and complete the Switch of Financial Institutions and Account Details form with these details.
