Credit Cards Online provides fast, easy and secure access to your credit card information, 24/7. You can easily view details of your account, update your contact details and perform quick transactions all online.

You'll have access to:

• Your credit card account details - available credit, account balance, credit limit, payment due date and transaction history (up to 3 months)
• Paying bills via BPAY^®
• EasyPay/CallPay - payments on your credit card by direct debit from a nominated account
• Rewards Points balance and redemption of Rewards (if applicable)

Simple

All you need to get started is access to the Internet. HSBC's Credit Cards Online service is free of charge*. To register, simply call our Customer Service Centre on 132 152 and make sure you have your credit card number handy.

Secure

To access Credit Cards Online you'll be issued with a 6 digit 'Access Code'. You'll need to log on to Credit Cards Online within 24 hours of being issued with this number and change your access code to activate your registration.
