What to Bring to the Appointment

In order to present advice that is appropriate to you, we need to have a thorough understanding of your personal and financial circumstances.

We recognise that your time is valuable. Our fact-finding interview will be quicker if you can have the following information at hand.

  • Value of current physical assets
    Including Real Estate, Shares, Managed Funds, as well as any Bank Accounts
  • Insurance policies
    Include details such as; name of company/ies and types of policy/ies, copies of policy documents
  • Superannuation funds
    Name of company/ies; copy of most recent statements
  • Business interests
    Name, any value, and copies of most recent accounts would be valuable
  • Loans
    Who with, amount borrowed, amount owing, interest rates, repayment details and copies of loan documents
  • Income
    All sources, gross amounts
  • Tax deductions and rebates
    Copy of your last tax return would be helpful
  • Expenditure
    Approximate amount of living expenses
