Existing HSBC Internet Banking Customers

Are you logged on to Internet Banking right now? If you are then simply fill out the online application form, it's that easy.

If you're not currently logged on to HSBC's Internet Banking then here's how you can apply. You need to log onto your Internet Banking account and select 'Accounts' from the left hand menu, then click 'open new term deposit' and fill out the form. Log on to Internet Banking.

Once you have opened a Term Deposit, you can check interest rates or change your maturity instructions online.

Existing HSBC customers without Internet Banking

Don't have your Internet Banking set up yet?
If you already have a HSBC deposit account, and you've registered for Telephone Banking, you can use your existing Personal Banking Number (PBN) and six digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) to register for Internet Banking as well. Register for Internet Banking.

If you don't have a PBN and PIN yet, just call 1300 308 008 to get them posted to you. Once you have received your PBN and PIN, click 'Internet Banking' on the HSBC website and select 'Register' and follow the steps.

After your Internet Banking has been set up, simply follow the instructions above for Internet Banking customers.
