Getting Started

To access Phone Banking, you will need a Personal Banking Number (PBN) and an Access Code

If you are an existing HSBC customer and DO NOT have a PBN, simply:

Step 1

Click here to download and complete the application form

Step 2

Once we have received your completed form, your PBN will be mailed to you

Step 3

Once you receive your PBN, simply call 1300 308 008 (English) or 1300 309 388 (Cantonese/Mandarin) and select option 1 and follow the prompts.
