To access Phone Banking, you will need a Personal Banking Number (PBN) and an Access Code.
If you are an existing HSBC customer and DO NOT have a PBN, simply:

Once you receive your PBN, simply call 1300 308 008 (English) or 1300 309 388 (Cantonese/Mandarin) and select option 1 and follow the prompts |
HSBC’s Credit Cards Phone Banking service is available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, by calling 132 152 (or +61 132 152 from overseas). Make sure you have your Credit Card number and Access Code handy.
If you don’t have an Access Code, simply call 132 152 (or +61 132 152 from overseas) and auto-register by keying in the details to a few security questions, and then choose your Access Code.
