To access Phone Banking, you will need a Personal Banking Number (PBN) and an Access Code.
If you are an existing HSBC customer and DO NOT have a PBN, simply:

Once we have received your completed form, your PBN will be mailed to you |

Once you receive your PBN, simply call 1300 308 008 (English) or 1300 309 388 (Cantonese/Mandarin) and select option 1 and follow the prompts. |
If you suspect someone has access to your Phone Banking Access Code, immediately call us on
1300 308 008 (or +61 2 9005 8187 from overseas).
