To access Phone Banking, you will need a Personal Banking Number (PBN) and a Personal Identification Number (PIN).
If you are an existing HSBC customer and DO NOT have a PBN and PIN, simply follow the steps below:

Once we have received your completed form, your PBN and PIN will be mailed to you |

Once you receive your PBN and PIN, simply call 1300 308 008 (English) or 1300 309 388 (Cantonese/Mandarin) and press option 1 to use Phone Banking |
Users who are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment can call through the National Relay Service:
If you suspect someone has access to your Phone Banking PIN, immediately call us on
1300 308 008 (or +61 1300 308 008 from overseas).
