How does PayTo work?
Use PayTo to make both recurring and one-off payments to Australian businesses such as utility or phone bills, in app purchases or online shopping.
After selecting PayTo as the payment method at either an online or in-store checkout, you'll receive an agreement detailing the payment amount and date through the HSBC Australia app. You can log on to the app, review and confirm the details, and authorise the payment from your transaction account. With PayTo, you can:
Authorise or decline agreements
Make amendments to agreements
