To undertake maintenance on your Visa Debit Card including:

  • ordering a new Personal Identification Number (PIN)
  • reporting a lost/stolen Visa Debit Card
  • ordering a replacement card.

Change of Customer Details Form (PDF, 97 KB)

To change your personal details including:

  • updating your Address
  • updating your Contact Preferences
  • updating your Residency Status (for Tax Purposes)
  • notification of Tax File Number.

Changes to address or contact details can be made by calling us on 1300 308 008, by visiting any HSBC branch or via HSBC's Internet Banking.

To dispute a transaction on your account including transactions made by credit card, debit card, internet, mobile or phone banking.

Customer Identification - Authorised Referee (PDF, 40 KB)

To verify your identity when you are unable to visit a HSBC Branch including:

  • opening a new account if you are not an existing HSBC Australia customer
  • adding an authorised signatory to your existing HSBC Australia account who is not an existing HSBC Australia customer.

Connected Party form (PDF,85 KB)

Use this form to add or delete a Connected Party arrangement on your account(s).

Please note: Application of new form to existing customers who had signed a previous version of this form on or before 20/11/2023. The terms in this new form apply to Authority to Operate and Power of Attorney already established by a customer. The bank has the right to make changes for legitimate business reasons and can do so by way of this website update. Details of the change will be sent to the customer in a separate communication within 3 months of the change taking effect.

To make a transfer of funds within Australia in Australian dollars or to make an international transfer of funds where a foreign currency is involved. This replaces the former form, known as a 'Telegraphic Transfer'.
