What happens once you have contacted HSBC regarding a suspected scam or fraud?
For HSBC Credit and Debit Cards: Your transaction dispute will be lodged and a dedicated Card Dispute Officer will be assigned to manage your case through to resolution in accordance with the Visa or MasterCard process. For other HSBC Products: A dedicated investigator will be assigned to your case and you may be contacted by the Bank to provide further information to complete the investigation.
