Report a lost or stolen card

Contact us immediately if your card has been lost or stolen.

By phone

You can report a lost or stolen card by calling our customer service hotline.

HSBC Premier customers

1300 301 168 (or +61 2 9005 8192 if calling from overseas)

Other customers  

132 152 (or +61 2 9005 8511 if calling from overseas)

In case you have just misplaced your card, you can also call us to place a temporary block on it until it’s safely back in your hands. Or, you can go do it online.

  1. Select ‘Report a lost or stolen card’.
  2. Enter your log on details.
  3. Select ‘Manage your account’ then click on ‘My card controls’ to place a temporary block on your card.
