Get started with Online Banking

Registering for Online Banking is simple. Once you begin the registration process, you will need to have the following information ready:

  • Your account number
    Last 3 digits of your BSB plus your 9-digit account number (found on the back of your debit card) OR Your 16-digit credit card number.
  • Your personal ID
    Passport number or licence number you provided during account opening.
  • Your phone number
    Mobile phone number you have registered with us.

After providing this information you will be prompted to set up a username and password for your Online Banking access.
