I have not received a new HSBC credit card after my old one expired. How do I get a new one?

Your HSBC credit card won't expire until the end of the month. For example, if you have an expiry date of 08/13 this means your card will expire at the end of the 8th month in 2013 - that is 31 August 2013. You will automatically receive a new HSBC credit card one month before the expiry month. If you haven't received your new card by the 25th of the month, please contact our Customer Service Centre on 132 152 (+612 9005 8511 if calling from overseas).

Please note that even though your HSBC credit card number will remain the same you may need to notify merchants with whom you have set up a direct debit or regular payment authority of your new expiry date.
